On Friday, January 20th (Inauguration Day in the US) The Ministerial held prayer vigils in the churches in West Point Grey, and hosted a gathering of about 50 people from all denominations and the community for a potluck supper and reflection on "What Does It Mean To Live Faithfully In Turbulent Times"? The Rev. Dr. Jason Byassee from the Vancouver School of Theology led us in reflecting on this question, followed by an open discussion among those present. It was a meaningful way to begin to think creatively and faithfully into living our Christian calling in these unsettling times.
